Domestic Violence/Domestic Abuse does not discriminate, their are no ethnic boundaries, no sexual boundaries, no socioeconomic boundaries, etc. An individual does not ask to be abused. It is not the individual's fault that he or she is abused. No one wears a sign that says abuse me. The Abuser is the culprit. The Abuser seeks someone to control and have power over.
